The Arc, Upper Valley is an advocate for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in North Dakota, preserving and protecting their fundamental rights through advocacy and action in support of legislation at the state and local levels for civil rights, education, employment, health care, housing, and more.
A team of dedicated policy experts work at the national, state and local level to make sure that our elected and appointed leaders understand the needs, issues and concerns of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and that federal and state laws and regulations help to promote full inclusion.
